Our vocal section brings wailing interpretations and gospel influenced backgrounds - characterising soul music.

Cecilia Blomberg

Vocals, soprano with groove. Trained musical theatre artist. Has worked as a show artist for Fritidsresor, Garbo's Unforgettable, TWA Production and Abba the Show/Waterloo and as a singer in cover bands, performing a variety of styles; pop, soul, rock, jazz and musical. Has performed for an audience of 18 000 people.

Elin Hornmalm

Vocals, alto with a bluesy edge. Attended Kulturama's two years education for pop and soul artists. Has worked as a "singing waitress" at Garbo’s, Grand Canaria, and then in cover bands in London. Also sings in a cover party band with a repertoire spanning over different genres.

Titti Björkegren

Vocals, soprano with an impressive range. Education from Lasse Kühlers Dansskola. Also member (often lead singer) in the gospel choir Sounding Joy and in three more cover bands. Also performs as a solo artist at weddings and similar. The band's name TCB was Titti's suggestion - from the second phrase of the break in Aretha's Respect.

The rhythm section sets the funky foundation required by soul, often with a raw syncopated rhythm. Depending on style harmonies are basic or slick.

Svante Stefansson Bass and horn arrangements.

The horns support with groovy riffs as an extra spice and to accentuate the rhythm, important in many soul styles.

Stefan Roos Trumpet and flugelhorn, also plays in other cover bands and in several big bands. In the photo, Stefan is on the left together with the saxophonists Per and Ari. Ari Haraldsson Baritone & alto saxophones, frequent saxophonist on Swedish scenes. In the photo, Ari is on the right together with the Stefan and Per.
Per Widegren Tenor saxophone, also plays in other cover bands and stands in in different jazz, blues, soul and rock bands.
Trombones We have the pleasure of having excellent trombone players in our network. Staffan Findin Joel Lindblom Martin Pålsson Hired when we perform with a larger horn section. In the photo, Staffan plays with us.
Saxophones We have the pleasure of having excellent saxophone players in our network. Anne Hilde Noreen Hired when we perform with a larger horn section. In the photo, Anne plays with us.
